Professional development and learning module – what is social media?

Why use this module?

Social media includes a vast range of platforms such as social networking tools, blogs, photo and video sharing platforms and discussion forums. Working through this module will help you identify what platforms you and your colleagues are familiar with and what barriers may have prevented you from utilising others.
